Ebony single level knife stand. Processing is not easy, but it is a material that shines when polished. It is assembled using traditional Japanese construction methods so that it can be used for many years.

Single-Level Knife stand.

Processing a single level knife stand using ebony.

(HOZO) processing is performed on both ends of the ebony that has been cut into 8mm squares.

Since no nails are used, the strength is secured by combining wood and wood. The length of HOZO is about 20mm.
Just plug it in and it won't come off.

Even the hidden parts are processed carefully.
The know-how of these hidden parts is important.
Then, perform chamfering.

That's it for today!
